What We Inspect

Our surveys look at the complete conveyor system — not just the belt. We assess the key components that affect performance, reliability and belt life.

• Belt condition- checking wear, damage, splice condition and signs of future failure
• Pulley and drum condition- inspecting lagging, wear, alignment and overall condition
• Rollers and idlers- identifying seized, worn or damaged components
• Tracking and alignment- checking for issues that cause uneven wear & belt damage

Following the survey, we explain what we have found and what needs doing. You will know:

A survey gives you the chance to prepare properly. Belts and components can be ordered in advance, access and lifting requirements can be arranged, and the work can be scheduled when the conveyor is already due to stop.
