• Cold-Cure Repairs: Patch and repair work for localised belt damage, cover tears and surface damage.
• Tracking & Alignment: Re-tracking and adjustment where belt misalignment is causing or risking further damage.
• Emergency Belt Replacement: Supply, fitting and vulcanising of replacement belting where the existing belt is beyond repair.

Emergency Response

Breakdowns don’t stick to working hours- and neither do we.

Our emergency breakdown service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, giving our customers access to experienced conveyor belt vulcanisers whenever they need us.

Once on site, we’ll assess the belt and determine the most practical way to get the conveyor operational again, while ensuring the repair is suitable for the belt, application and working conditions.

From an unexpected failure during production to a conveyor going down in the middle of the night, our team is only a phone call away.

Repair or Replace?

Where possible, we’ll repair the existing belt and get it safely back into service.

Depending on the type and extent of the damage, this may involve vulcanised repairs, removing and replacing damaged sections, re-jointing the belt or installing mechanical fasteners.

If the belt is beyond repair, we can also supply, fit and vulcanise replacement conveyor belting, providing a complete service without the need to bring in multiple contractors.
