The Right Components to Keep Your Conveyor Moving
From conveyor belts and rollers to drums, skirting, cleaners, fasteners and chute lining, we supply the parts that keep material moving. With over 100,000 metres of belting in stock at our Midlands base, we can respond quickly to everyday replacements, specialist requirements and planned maintenance work- supplied on its own or fitted by our engineers across the UK.
Belts
We hold over 100,000 metres of industrial conveyor belting at our Midlands base, with widths up to 2600mm for fast UK-wide supply.
Belting Options Include:
- Plain rubber, multi-ply EP and steel-cord belts
- C15 and C25 chevron belts
- Ripstop, reinforced, friction-backed and food-grade belts
- Oil, heat and fire-resistant options
- Sidewall, cleated and flighted belts
Belts can be cut to size, supplied clipped endless, or fitted and vulcanised on site. We select the belt around the material, load, incline and working conditions.
Rollers
We supply replacement conveyor rollers and idlers for mobile plant and fixed conveyors, helping keep belts supported, tracking correctly and running smoothly.
Roller Options Include:
- Carrying and troughing rollers
- Return rollers and rubber disc rollers
- Impact rollers for loading points
- Guide and training rollers for belt tracking
- Rollers with suitable bearings, seals and shaft arrangements
We can supply rollers on their own or fit them as part of wider conveyor maintenance, belt replacement or repair work.
Drums
We supply replacement conveyor drums and pulleys for mobile plant and fixed conveyors, with lagging options to improve grip, tracking and drive.
Drum Options Include:
- Drive, head and tail drums
- Bend and snub drums
- Rubber, diamond and ceramic lagging
- Drums made to suit the belt width, pulley diameter and shaft arrangement
We can supply drums separately or carry out drum lagging and fitting as part of a wider belt replacement, repair or conveyor maintenance job.
Skirts
We supply conveyor skirting to help keep material on the belt at loading and transfer points, reducing spillage, dust and clean-up around the conveyor.
Skirting Options include:
- Rubber skirting for general aggregate, sand, gravel, recycling and agricultural duties
- Polyurethane skirting where higher wear resistance is needed
- Softer rubber for fine materials and closer sealing
- Skirting cut to length and prepared for fitting
We can supply skirting on its own or fit it alongside new belts, chutes and other conveyor components. The right material and setting help prevent leaks without creating unnecessary drag.
Cleaners & Scrapers
We supply belt cleaners and scrapers to remove carryback before it reaches the return run, helping reduce spillage, build-up and unnecessary belt wear.
Belt Cleaner Options Include:
- Primary and secondary scrapers
- Rubber and polyurethane blades
- V-ploughs and return-side cleaners
- Systems selected around belt width, speed, material and duty
We can supply replacement blades, complete cleaner assemblies or fit them as part of wider conveyor maintenance and repair work. Correct positioning matters- too little pressure leaves carryback, while too much can damage the belt.
Fasteners & Clips
We supply mechanical fasteners and clips for joining conveyor belts where a quick, practical joint is required.
Fastener Options Include:
- R2, R5, R5½ and R6 rivet-hinge fasteners
- Stainless-steel options for corrosive environments
- Staple fasteners for thinner PVC and PVG/PVC belts
- Fasteners supplied separately or fitted to belts cut to length
We can prepare belts as clipped endless, ready for your team to install, or fit the joint on site. The correct fastener is selected around belt thickness, pulley size and conveyor duty.
Chute Lining
We supply chute lining to protect transfer points from impact and abrasive wear, helping extend the life of the steelwork and reduce noise around the conveyor.
Chute Lining Options include:
- Rubber lining for general impact and abrasion
- Ceramic lining for severe wear and high-impact areas
- Lining cut and prepared to suit the chute
- Replacement panels for worn transfer points
We can supply chute lining on its own or fit it as part of wider conveyor maintenance, belt replacement or transfer-point work. The right lining depends on the material, drop height and loading conditions.
